This is a draft for Qareer's pre-launch waitlist and has not yet been reviewed by counsel. Treat it as a good-faith starting point, not a final legal document — replace it with reviewed terms before launch.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By joining the Qareer waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't sign up.
2. What the waitlist is
Qareer is currently in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist reserves your spot and lets us email you when access opens — it is not access to the product itself, and joining does not guarantee access at any particular time.
3. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when joining the waitlist. The waitlist is not intended for children under 13.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the waitlist form to submit false information, spam, or attempt to disrupt the service.
5. Intellectual property
The Qareer name, logo, and site content belong to Qareer. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.
6. No warranty
The waitlist and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, while Qareer is in active development.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qareer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the waitlist or this website.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Qareer moves from waitlist to launch. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
